Nicole Russo is a licensed agent, co-founder, and the architect behind New Home Hero's vetting and matching system. Her background isn't traditional brokerage — it's pattern recognition and systems design. She built the infrastructure that separates verified new construction experience from self-reported credentials — because in this process, the gap between the two is where buyers can get hurt, and the process that matches buyers to the right agent before timing and leverage are gone.

Most referral networks take agents at their word. New Home Hero doesn't. New construction requires a specific kind of experience — builder-contract fluency, inspection milestone knowledge, registration rule navigation, incentive strategy. An agent who's closed 200 resale transactions may have zero of that. We check.
