Scott Russo is a Charlotte-area broker with more than two decades of real-estate experience, including direct work with new-construction transactions, builder negotiations, contracts, construction delays, and closing issues.
Nicole Russo is a licensed agent, co-founder, and the systems architect behind New Home Hero's vetting and matching framework. The platform was designed to separate relevant new-construction experience from broad sales credentials and self-reported claims.
Together, they built the platform they could not find: a buyer-first national network where the experience used to make a match is reviewed before the introduction happens.
