Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using New Home Hero, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page.
What New Home Hero Provides
New Home Hero is an independent buyer-education and agent-referral platform for new-construction home purchases. We connect buyers with licensed real estate professionals or brokerages selected for relevant new-construction experience. New Home Hero is not a builder or developer and is not itself the brokerage that represents you in a transaction. Any agency relationship is established separately through a written agreement with the selected brokerage.
Referral Compensation and Buyer Agreements
New Home Hero may receive referral compensation from a participating brokerage where permitted by applicable law and the relevant agreements. Buyers are not charged a separate New Home Hero referral fee for requesting a match. Compensation owed to or received by a buyer's agent or brokerage is governed by separate written agreements and may vary by builder, seller, brokerage, market, and transaction.
Educational Content
Content on New Home Hero is provided for general educational purposes. It is not legal, tax, lending, engineering, inspection, appraisal, or other professional advice. Builder registration policies, contracts, compensation, incentives, inspection access, warranty terms, and applicable laws can vary. Buyers should obtain appropriate professional advice for their specific transaction.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting a match. You remain responsible for evaluating any agent, brokerage, builder, property, financing option, contract, inspection, and other transaction decision. You should review the terms of any agency or purchase agreement before signing.
Independent Professionals
Professionals introduced through New Home Hero are independently licensed through their respective brokerages and are responsible for their own services, advice, conduct, disclosures, and agreements. A match or introduction is not a guarantee of availability, fit, transaction outcome, builder cooperation, or property condition.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, New Home Hero does not guarantee the outcome of any transaction, the performance of any third party, or the suitability or condition of any property. New Home Hero is not responsible for losses arising from decisions made by buyers, builders, brokerages, lenders, inspectors, contractors, or other independent third parties.
